How Inside LVMH Shaped My Vision

From learning to launching — the beginning of NOVÉYA™

A Turning Point in My Journey

I first came across the Inside LVMH program almost by chance — a spontaneous discovery online. Despite having a strong professional background in B2B sales and environmental solutions, luxury had always intrigued me.

With a Master’s degree in Digital Management and a Cambridge certificate in sustainability already under my belt, I saw Inside LVMH as an opportunity to build upon my existing foundation — but through the refined, creative lens of the luxury industry.

Without hesitation and with an open heart, I enrolled. That single decision sparked something deeper — and soon after, I found myself envisioning a brand, designing a website, and shaping a personal path that felt both strategic and true.
Curious how this experience translated into strategic practice?
See how I applied the learnings from Inside LVMH in this Portfolio case — and how it led to the birth of the NOVÉYA Method™.

Inside the World of LVMH

The learning experience itself felt intuitive and smooth — perhaps because I had already completed fully online studies at both Hyper Island and CISL. The Inside LVMH format followed a familiar rhythm: reading insightful texts or watching videos, followed by quick quizzes to consolidate the material. Each module ended with a final checkpoint requiring 70% accuracy to move forward.

For me, it all flowed easily. I passed every step on the first attempt. The video content was especially engaging — featuring professionals across various maisons and roles within LVMH. Some of them I even looked up on LinkedIn and saved screenshots for inspiration.

I appreciated the flexibility: if something distracted me, I could always rewatch or reread at my own pace. This structure made the program feel both elevated and accessible — and kept me fully immersed.

Rethinking Luxury: Community, Continuity, and Care

One of the most meaningful confirmations I received during the course was this: modern luxury consumers are no longer satisfied with mere exclusivity. They seek alignment — with the values of the maison, the story behind the product, and the ethos of the brand.

I was especially struck by how seriously LVMH treats collaborations with content creators. These partnerships are built on trust and shared vision — not fleeting hype. They’re long-term, intentional, and deeply aligned with brand heritage.

Another element that resonated with me was the growing emphasis on the second-hand market, repairability, and circular economy. I believe in giving luxury pieces a longer life: repairing a Louis Vuitton bag at the maison, reselling with dignity, and nurturing an ecosystem around the product.

Luxury today is not only about what you own, but about the community, care, and continuity that surround it.

Planting the Seed of NOVÉYA

The Inside LVMH course became a true catalyst for me. As I moved through the modules, I realized: it was time to start sharing what I had been absorbing over the past 4–5 years. Knowledge alone doesn’t lead to transformation — action does.

That’s when I made the decision to build something of my own. My own brand. My own platform. That’s how NOVÉYA was born.

The name resonated with me on many levels — from subtle echoes of brands like Veja or Alaïa, to the Russian phrase “новая Я” — meaning my new self. It captures exactly where I am in life: undergoing a profound personal transformation.

Through NOVÉYA, I want to share what I’ve learned with other women — strong women. Women who are ready to live with intention, to lead with empathy, to claim their independence and define their own legacy.

I want to build not just a brand, but a space. A circle. An ecosystem.
