What I Learned Inside the Luxury Ecosystem
The course unfolded as a journey through four dimensions — each unlocking a new layer of understanding. It began with an immersion into the LVMH ecosystem: over 75 Maisons across six sectors, each embodying legacy not as a static idea, but as a living, evolving force.
Luxury & Society challenged me to see sustainability beyond metrics — as a cultural dialogue. Regenerative luxury, creative circularity, and diversity & inclusion echoed questions I had long carried within.
The Creation & Branding module revealed how structure and creativity can not only coexist, but enhance one another. The ASCEND framework and the study of brand DNA helped lay the foundation for NOVÉYA — a brand shaped by feminine power, refined simplicity, emotional sustainability, and inner depth.
The final chapter — Retail & Customer Experience — was the most emotional. It affirmed that what makes luxury unforgettable is the design of the experience. Omnichannel presence, clienteling, emotional storytelling — all of it brought me back to the quiet force I believe in most: soft power as a true luxury strategy.
